1 - Do I have to send you the original music as reference for my backing track?
Yes of course! I need the original as a reference. After placing the order send me an email with the music to
nicobackingtracks@gmail.com. Please send me a youtube link or a mp3 file. If after placing the order I don't receive the music from you I will write you to the email you've used to place the order in paypal.
2 - What's the difference between regular and speed up order?
If you choose the regular order your song will enter into a production list waiting for it's turn.
It takes approximately from 4 to 6 weeks.
On the other hand, if you take the speed up option you'll be given priority in the production line, which means that your order will be processed before any other orders that are currently in the queue.
With the speed up option you'll get your music done in 1 to 2 weeks from the next monday after you've placed the order.
The recording quality will be the same for both regular or speed up.
3 - I need a backing track in another key different from the original song, is this something you can do?
Of course we can! After placing the order, when you send me the music you can give me this instruction. We make backing tracks in any key so you feel comfortable in your tone. You just need to tell us how much semitones (steps up or down) you need or in which key specifically has to be and we’ll do it from scratch having this requirement in mind. At the end you will be able to sing your backing track in the key you desire.
4 - The recording quality is the same in a regular order than in an speed up order?
Yes, the music quality is the same. We make all of our custom backing tracks the same, perfect and with excellence for all of our clients. The only thing that changes choosing these services is the delivery time of your backing track.
5 - I need the separated instruments, can you give me the individual files of my song (stems)?
Yes, and they are free of charge. This service is included in the price, no matter if it is a regular or speed up order. Remember to request the files after placing the order. The master will be available for free up to 1 month after your order is completed.
6 - I need backing tracks without the lead guitar, or without sax, is this achievable?
Of course, we can record every instrument of a song except the ones you desire, so you can play your instrument over the song just as a singer would do. In the same way we don’t replicate the voice, we won’t replicate the instrument you indicate us.
7 - Do you make any discount for quantity of songs?
Yes of course, at the moment we're offering 15% discount by buying 3 or more songs.
